FIFA apologises to Ireland:

FIFA President Sepp Blatter apologized to Ireland on Wednesday for informative that the country's football organization had asked for a 33rd place at next year's World Cup in South Africa.

Blatter said he regret decisive a football business discussion in Johannesburg that the Irish had asked for a further place at the World Cup finals after their notorious removal in their qualify play-off with France.
